Tudor Court
Our new retirement scheme in Woking was opened on Armistice Day by Cllr Richard Wilson, Lead member for Housing in Woking. We now have 21 new apartments at affordable rents for older people which provide freedom for people with mobility needs
They are very energy-efficient with a combined heat and power scheme, solar photo-voltaic panels and low-energy lighting which will result in reduced energy costs and carbon emissions. The heat and electricity are provided in partnership with Thameswey, Woking’s own power company.
New Partnership
Greenoak has been able to provide these homes thanks to a new partnership with Redhill-based Raven Housing Trust and Woking Borough Council. .
