Housing

Greenoak owns and manages housing in Surrey, East and West Sussex. We are preferred partners with Guildford, Horsham, Mole Valley and Woking local authorities. We provide affordable housing for single people, couples and families of all ages in Surrey, East and West Sussex. We also give support to vulnerable people to help them live independent lives in their own homes. In 2005 we completed two eco homes excellent schemes providing 26 homes in Woking and Guildford Boroughs.

Our oldest and newest schemes are in Woking. We have 14 new family homes in Sheerwater, Woking completed in 2005. We also have 41 flats in West Byfleet for single people and couples, 14 of which are specially designed for the elderly. In addition we have around 20 houses and flats acquired individually, some of which are let privately at sub market rents. They include affordable housing for young people with learning disabilities where we work closely with KeyRing the specialist support providers. We also own some 130 sheltered housing units in Woking.

Greenoak has a number of rural developments in Surrey and West Sussex.  These are in the Local Authority areas of Guildford, Chichester and Horsham.  The schemes are located in the villages of Gomshall, Loxwood, Mannings Heath and Rudgwick.

Offices

We have two offices in Woking. Our central services office in Goldsworth Road is on the edge of the town centre, and our technical services office is located in St Johns, just outside the town centre. This is the base for the direct labour team, which provides our responsive repairs service to residents.
