Housing

Greenoak owns and manages housing in Surrey, East and West Sussex. We are preferred partners with Guildford, Horsham, Mole Valley and Woking local authorities. We provide affordable housing for single people, couples and families of all ages in Surrey, East and West Sussex. We also give support to vulnerable people to help them live independent lives in their own homes. In 2005 we completed two eco homes excellent schemes providing 26 homes in Woking and Guildford Boroughs based on our Greenhomes model and a new code level 4 Greenhomes scheme will be completed in Horsham District 2009 providing 12 homes for rent .

Our oldest and newest schemes are in Woking where we have most of our stock . We have new family homes in Sheerwater, Woking and we manage a new scheme of 22 houses for Hyde Housing Association in Woking.

We have a scheme of 41 flats in West Byfleet for single people and couples, 14 of which are specially designed for the elderly. In addition we have around 20 houses and flats acquired individually, some of which are let privately at sub market rents.

Our Woking properties include affordable housing for young people with learning disabilities where we work closely with KeyRing the specialist support providers.

Greenoak has over 130 sheltered housing units in Woking. Our Supporting People inspection in 2008 has resulted in a further three year funding contract from 2009.

We have rural developments in Surrey and West Sussex in the Local Authority areas of Guildford, Chichester and Horsham.  The schemes are located in the villages of Gomshall, Loxwood, Mannings Heath and Rudgwick , with a new scheme shortly to be completed in Storrington .

Offices

We have two offices in Woking. Our central services office in Goldsworth Road is on the edge of the town centre, and our technical services office is located in St Johns, just outside the town centre. This is the base for our direct labour team, which provides our responsive repairs service to residents.
