History

Greenoak (formed by a merger in 2004 of Pinecroft and Second Achilles Housing Associations) is a registered Industrial and Provident Society with charitable status, registered with the Housing Corporation. Our merger substantially increased our housing stock in Woking, Surrey.

Greenoak provides affordable housing for single people, couples and families of all ages. We also give support to vulnerable people to help them live independent lives in their own homes. We build houses to rent. Our new properties are highly sustainable and are funded through government grants, long term loans and our own reserves. We also have leasehold retirement schemes in East Sussex and we manage retirement housing for a charitable trust and Hyde Housing Association .
