Greenoak Housing Association Ltd - housing

We own and manage housing in Surrey, East and West Sussex. We provide affordable housing for single people, couples and families of all ages in Surrey, East and West Sussex. We also give support to vulnerable people to help them live independent lives in their own homes.

We have built several greenhomes schemes for families in rural villages in the south-east. We also have retirement schemes and other social housing in Woking for single people, families and couples. In addition we have a portfolio of individual houses and flats, some of which are let at near market rents

Our rural developments in Surrey and West Sussex are in the Local Authority areas of Guildford, Chichester and Horsham, and are located in the villages of Bolney, Gomshall, Loxwood, Mannings Heath, Rudgwick, Storrington and Wisborough Green. We also manage rural housing in Loxwood, and Puttenham under management contracts for smaller associations.

New developments underway: In partnership with Shere Parish Council, Greenoak is to build four 2 bedroom houses and four 1 bedroom flats in the village of Peaslake, Guildford. Designed to achieve PassivHaus and Lifetime Homes standards. Affordable to rent and heat, these homes will also be healthy, comfortable, accessible and adaptable.

We have now started on site at Woodham Place on the outskirts of Woking, to build 18 high quality, low environmental impact apartments, set in landscaped grounds and designed to attract downsizers. The apartments are designed to PassivHaus and Lifetime Homes standards and will replace an obsolete scheme to provide homes fit for the future.
