Greenoak houses people in housing need, and gives support to vulnerable people to help them live independent lives in their own homes. We provide affordable housing for people of all ages in Surrey, East and West Sussex. Many of our residents come to us through local authority registers of those who need housing. Greenoak operates housing registers only for retirement properties. It also acts as agent for the resale of sheltered leasehold apartments.
