Most of our vacancies are filled through nominations from the local authority. Housing registers are only maintained for retirement properties.

When new developments are ready for letting, Local Authorities nominate people from their housing registers.

We act as agents for leaseholders in respect of resales of leasehold retirement apartments in Eastbourne and Hastings and maintain waiting lists.
