Business Performance Manager
Salary: £50,000 p.a.

Location: Woking (Hybrid working is available after initial familiarisation period)

The role reports into the Chief Executive, with responsibility for assisting the Executive Team. The post holder will focus on performance management, business planning, risk and system management, following up on new service improvement opportunities, company secretarial support and regulation compliance.

The appointee will already have several years’ experience in the housing sector and understands the challenges and requirements of working in a regulated sector. They will also have experience of handling and interpreting data, a good understanding of data protection and GDPR and be comfortable using a range of IT systems and reporting.

Property Services Officer F/T/perm
Salary: £32,000 per year
Location: Woking

Greenoak are looking to employ a Customer Operations Officer to to support the services associated to day-to-day repairs, cyclical maintenance, void maintenance and improvement works in order to achieve excellent quality, value for money and a professional service.
This job is based in Apollo Place, St Johns, Woking, our Housing Services Office. It is a busy and vibrant office with a great team of diverse and enthusiastic colleagues.
The Property Services Team consists of the Head of Assets & Building Services, Property Services Coordinator and our Green Team, a team of five multi-skilled Trade Operatives.
The Housing Management Team consists of a Head of Housing and a Housing Administrator.
The teams work closely together to provide excellent services to our residents, so we are looking for a a team player, who is organised, with strong communication skills and who is committed in developing their career and embodies the Greenoak culture.

Property Services Co-ordinator
Salary: £23,000 per year
Location: Woking

Greenoak are looking for a Property Services Co-ordinator to be the first point in contact for managing enquiries relating to repairs, housing and other general enquiries. Be responsible for works orders and proactively organising and scheduling works and appointmnets for a team of five multi-skilled Trade Operatives. Manage and monitor performance and compliance for approved contractors and consultants. Maintain data systems for building safety compliance services and stock condition data, as well as assist with general administration duties to support the Property Services Team and Housing Management Team as required.
