Payment of rent and service charges

Rent and service charges are due on a calendar monthly basis. The preferred method of payment is by direct debit through Allpay. In accordance with your tenancy agreement rent must be received in the month that it is due. Payment cards may also be used and are acceptable at Post Offices and other outlets.
Where a resident is entitled to housing benefit and/or supporting people subsidy and these benefits are paid direct to the office, any balances due should be paid by direct debit through Allpay, etc.
